ORDINANCE NO. 1484

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian; thence West 324.67 feet; thence North 330.56 feet; thence East 324.67 feet; thence South 330.56 feet to point of beginning EXCEPT the East forty feet and South thirty feet for roads

to the Zoning Category PDB (Planned Development Business).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1974.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1484, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of January, 1974, and that the same was published in The Daily sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
