ORDINANCE NO. 1485

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point 30 feet North of the Southeast corner of the East quarter Southwest quarter Southwest quarter Southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian; thence North 61 feet, thence West 165 feet; thence South 61 feet, thence East 165 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT the West 15 feet thereof

to the Zoning Category C-1 (Light Commerce).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1974.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1485, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of January, 1974, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
