ORDINANCE NO. 1509

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOND REQUIREMENTS OF CITY EMPLOYEES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 2-11 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 2-11. Bond of employees required

The following employees of the city shall be bonded in the following amounts, conditioned upon the true, honest and faithful performance of their respective duties:

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1974.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1509, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 2d day of May, 1974, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
