ORDINANCE NO. 1520
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
All that part of Section 36 Township 1 North, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian lying East of Horizon Drive and Southwest of Interstate 70 EXCEPT Partee Heights Subdivision and EXCEPT Lot 2 and 7 of Jaynes Subdivision to be zoned Highway Oriented (H.O.),
and,
Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Partee Heights Subdivision to be zoned R-1-B, (single family residential).
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1974.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1520, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 21st day of August, 1974, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
