ORDINANCE NO. 1523

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit:

Beginning at a point 30 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian; thence South 350 feet; thence 420 feet East; thence North 350 feet; thence West 420 feet to the point of Beginning,

to the zoning category R-1-A, single family residential.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1974.
