ORDINANCE NO. 1540
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
Cedar Circle Subdivision and the South 145.21 feet of Lot 21 Block 7 Fairmount Subdivision,
and
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter Section 12 Township 1 South Range 1 West; thence North 30 feet to Grand Valley Canal; thence Northeasterly along canal to a point 330 feet East and 162 feet North of beginning; also the North 175 feet of Lot 22 of Block 7 Fairmount Subdivision,
to the zoning category R-2-A (two family residence-low density).
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1975.
