ORDINANCE NO. 1543

 

VACATING RESIDUAL EASEMENT RIGHTS IN THIRD AVENUE BETWEEN ELEVENTH AND TWELFTH STREETS, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 860 of the City of Grand Junction vacated a portion of Third Avenue in Milldale Subdivision east of the east line of Eleventh Street and west of the west line of Twelfth Street, reserving certain utility rights within the vacated portion, and

 

WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary to retain such utility easement rights,

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That those residual utility easement rights maintained by Ordinance No. 860, City of Grand Junction, be, and the same are, hereby released and vacated to leave the area free and clear from this encumbrance.
