ORDINANCE NO. 1545

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 b. OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION PERTAINING TO DEFINITION AND LIMITATION OF LOT

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Section 11 b. of Chapter 32 (the zoning ordinance) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

 

Section 11. DEFINITIONS AND LIMITATION

 

b. ;ul=;Terms and Words:

 

Lot . . . A piece, plat or parcel of land or assemblage of contiguous parcels of land, as established by survey, plat or deed, occupied by a single principal building, or principal use and accessory building or uses thereto, together with such open spaces as are required under this resolution and having the frontage on a dedicated public street or officially approved place. The restriction to one principal use or one principal building shall not apply to residential bulk development or to parcels zoned Business, Commercial or Industrial if all required easement or road right of way has been granted.
