ORDINANCE NO. 1546

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, BY ADDING A SUBSECTION 27-1.2 c. (4) THERETO.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Chapter 27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be amended by adding thereto a Subsection 27-1.2 c. (4) to read as follows:

"Sec. 27-1.2 Control.

c. (4) The subdivision or one principal building requirement on single ownership tracts shall not apply to residential bulk development or to land zoned Business, Commercial or Industrial if said land complies with subsections 1, 2 and 3 above. In the case of Business, Commercial, or Industrial land, a site plan shall be submitted and the building department shall control proper location on the site for any construction."
