ORDINANCE NO. 1563

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LAND WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point 445.49 feet East and 30 feet South of the point of intersection of the Easterly line of Little Bookcliff R.R. right-of-way and the North line of Bookcliff Avenue, thence East to a point 215 feet West of the East line Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence North 160 feet, thence West 25 feet, thence North 170 feet, thence East 160 feet to West line 12th Street, thence North to intersection said West line 12th Street and Northerly line Grand Valley Canal, thence Northwesterly along Northerly line of said canal to intersection with Easterly line Little Bookcliff R.R., thence South 32° 50' West 606 feet, thence EAst to a point North of the Point of Beginning, thence South to the Point of Beginning,

to the zoning category R-3 (Multi-Family).
