ORDINANCE NO. 1568

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LAND WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

East 40 feet of the West 190 feet of Lot 1 and the East 40 feet of the West 190 feet of Lot 2 except the South 12.67 feet.

to the zoning category B-1 (Light Business) Zone.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1975.
