ORDINANCE NO. 1570

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Tract #1: Beginning 198.56 feet E of the SW corner of the N one half of Lot 2 Grand View Sub in Sec 12, T1W, R1W of the Ute Meridian, thence E 66.187 ft, thence N 183.62 ft, thence W 66.187 ft, thence S to the point of beginning, except the S 20 ft thereof for street, and

Tract #2: Beginning 309.95 ft W and 153.41 ft S of the NE corner of said Lot 2, thence S 160.59 ft, thence W 66.18 ft, thence N 160.59 ft, thence E to the point of beginning, except the S 20 ft thereof for street;

to the zoning category R-3 (Multi-family Residence).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1975.
