ORDINANCE NO. 1577

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN USE GROUP CATEGORIES IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following use group sections, a part of Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended as follows:

1. That there be deleted from Section 6.1 of said zoning classification section the following:

"Canvas products fabrication and sales - Craft shop - Cold storage plant - Upholstery shops - Vitreous ware - Wearing apparel fabrication and processing"

2. That there be added to use group category 5.4 of said section the following:

"Canvas products fabrication and sales - Upholstery shops"

3. That there be added to use group category 5.9 of said section the following:

"Cold storage plant - Wearing apparel fabrication and processing"
