ORDINANCE NO. 1580

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described lands, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit:

Beginning at a point 30 feet North and 40 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence West 165 feet, thence North 300 feet, thence East 165 feet, thence South to the point of beginning.

from PD-B to B-2 (Neighborhood Business) Zone; and

Beginning at a point 30 feet North and 205 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence West 100 feet, thence North 300 feet, thence East 100 feet, thence South to the point of beginning,

from PD-B to P (Parking) Zone.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1975.
