ORDINANCE NO. 1581
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado to wit:
Beginning at a point 165 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, thence North 328 feet, thence West 165 feet, thence South 328 feet, thence East 165 feet to the point of beginning,
AND
Beginning at a point 659.92 feet West and South 0° 24' East 1026.0 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, thence West 494.96 feet, thence South 0° 24' East 264.0 feet, thence East 494.96 feet, thence North 264.0 feet to the point of beginning,
to the zoning category I-2 (Heavy Industry) zone.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1975.
