ORDINANCE NO. 1582

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the alley hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 10 Block 2 of South Fifth Street Sub., progressing North 250 feet along the East line of said Lot 10 South Fifth Street Sub., thence East 10 feet to the Northwest corner Block 16, thence South along West line said Block 16 to Southwest corner said Block 16, thence West to beginning,

be, and the same is, hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1975.
