ORDINANCE NO. 1587

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

WHEREAS, on the 15th day of October,1975, the City Council of the City of Grand Junction considered a petition for the annexation of the following described territory to the City of Grand Junction; and

WHEREAS, the City Council determined that said territory was eligible for annexation and that no election was necessary to determine whether such territory should be annexed as the petition was signed by the owner of one hundred percent of the territory petitioned for annexation;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the following described territory, to wit:

Beginning at the West corner common to Lots 81 and 82 Tech del Sol Sub., thence North 54° 46' 30" East 544.51 feet to the Northwest corner Lot 1 Tech del Sol Sub., thence South 33° 46' 05" East 400.13 feet to the Southeast corner Lot 20 Tech del Sol Sub., thence South 54° 46' 30" West 544.33 feet to the East corner common to Lots 41 and 42 Tech del Sol Sub., thence North 35° 13' 30" West along the lot lines common to Lots 41 and 42 and 81 and 82 to the point of beginning, Mesa County, Colorado,

be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1975.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1587, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 22nd day of October, 1975, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
