ORDINANCE NO. 1593
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 27 Block 21 of Orchard Mesa Heights Subdivision, thence East along the North line of said Lot 27 to center line of alley, thence South 75 feet, thence East along the North line of Lot 15, Block 21 Orchard Mesa Heights Subdivision to the center line of Palisade Avenue, thence South 125 feet, thence East along the South lines of Lots 19 and 20 Block 22 and lot 20, Block 23 to the center line of Linden Avenue, thence South to the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 50, thence Northwest along said North right-of-way line to a point South of the point of beginning, thence North to point of beginning.
from Zone R-2A to Zone H.O. (Highway Oriented).
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1975.
