ORDINANCE NO. 1601

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the West Corner common to Lots 81 and 82 Tech del Sol Replat Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Grand Junction Technological Center Subdivision, thence North 54° 46' 30" East 554.51 feet to the Northwest Corner Lot 1 Tech del Sol, Replat Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Grand Junction, Technological Center Subdivision, thence South 33° 46' 05" East 400.13 feet to the Southeast Corner Lot 20 Tech del Sol, Replat Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Grand Junction Technological Center Subdivision, thence South 54° 46' 05" West 544.33 feet to the East Corner common to Lots 41 and 42 Tech del Sol, Replat Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Grand Junction Technological Center Subdivision, thence North 35° 13' 20" West along the lot lines common to Lots 41, 42, 81 and 82 to the Point of Beginning,

to the zoning category H.O. (Highway Oriented).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1976.
