ORDINANCE NO. 1603

 

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN APPLICATION FEE ON FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Section 4-1 of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended by the addition thereto of a subsection (d) which shall read as follows:

 

"Sec. 4-1. Beer and Liquor License Regulated.

 

(d) Each application for a new license for the sale of fermented malt beverages for consumption on the premises, or for a change of location of any such license, shall be accompanied by an application fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for actual and necessary expenses incurred by the City in its investigation of and hearing on the application, including a neighborhood survey conducted by the City and the expense of publishing and posting and notices."
