ORDINANCE NO. 1604

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES TO MEET CONTINGENCY EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, certain expenditures have been made from funds of the City of Grand Junction, which expenditures could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of the budget of the City for the year 1975, and

WHEREAS, appropriations are necessary to provide proper funding for such expenditures;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

1. That there be appropriated from the Streets and Storm Drainage Fund to the Grand Junction, Colorado, Parking Authority Fund the sum of $9,400 to be expended therefrom.

2. That there be appropriated from unappropriated funds within the Sanitation Fund to the Sanitation fund the sum of $12,209.25 to be expended therefrom.

3. That there be appropriated from unappropriated funds within the General Fund to the Swimming Pool Fund the sum of $1,200 to be expended therefrom.
