ORDINANCE NO. 1618

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point 165 feet East of the Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian; thence North 294 feet, thence West 330 feet, thence South 294 feet, thence East 330 feet to the point of beginning, except the South 30 feet thereof dedicated for street right-of-way,

from zoning categories R1C and C2 to category I2 (Heavy Industry).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1976.
