ORDINANCE NO. 1619

AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING RESPONSIBILITY ON OWNERS OF PREMISES UNDER THE GARBAGE AND TRASH ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended by the addition thereto of a Section 14-13 which shall read as follows:

"Section 14-13. Responsibility of Owner of Premises.

The owner of premises, as well as the occupant or occupants thereof, shall be subject to the terms of this Chapter and liable for violations thereof."
