ORDINANCE NO. 1620

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1542 the Council purported to vacate the alleyway hereinafter described; and

WHEREAS, in such Ordinance the width of the alley was improperly stated;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the following portion of alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

An eighteen foot alley lying North of Lots 1 through 10, Block A, Park Terrace Subdivision,

be, and the same is, hereby vacated subject to easements for existing utilities.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1976.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1620, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 7th day of April, 1976, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
