ORDINANCE NO. 1622

AN ORDINANCE RAISING THE CHARGE FOR THE USE OF WATER FOR THOSE PERSONS BEING BILLED UNDER THE IN-CITY UTE WATER CONSERVANCY RATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Code of Ordinances, Section 31-12(e)(1) be amended to read as follows:

"Rate. Minimum charge (3,000 gallons or less) per month: $4.89. Charge for each 1,000 gallons thereafter shall be $.66."
