ORDINANCE NO. 1623

 

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION RELATING TO THE CARRYING OF DRINKS IN BARS AND THE LIGHTING REQUIRED IN BARS IN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

That Section 4-1(b) and 4-1(c) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction are hereby repealed.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1976.
