ORDINANCE NO. 1626

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FLOOR AREA MINIMUM IN ZONING DISTRICT R-2, TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Subsection E of Subsection (5) of Subsection b of Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

 

"3. ZONE CLASSIFICATIONS

 

b. Zone Districts

 

(5) R-2 Two-Family Residence

 

E. Floor Area Minimum per dwelling unit

 

Use 1.1 . . . 800 sq. ft.

 

Use 1.4 . . . 600 sq. ft.

 

Use 1.8, 5-6 units, incl . . . 500 sq. ft.

 

Use 1.8, 7-10 units, incl . . . 450 sq. ft.

 

Use 1.8, 11 or more units . . . 400 sq. ft."
