ORDINANCE NO. 1632

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROAD EASEMENT WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

WHEREAS, the road easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission, and would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the road easement described as follows:

Beginning Southwest Corner of Lot 2, Block 1, La Villa Grande Subdivision, thence North 30 feet, thence East 352.98 feet, thence South 56° 00' West 157.85 feet, thence South 34° 00' 41" East 30 feet, thence North 56° 00' WEst 157.85 feet, thence West 352.98 feet to the point of beginning, Mesa County, Colorado;

be, and the same is hereby, vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1976.
