ORDINANCE NO. 1635

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BOOKCLIFF AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

WHEREAS, the portion of Bookcliff Avenue hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission, and would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the portion of Bookcliff Avenue within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, described as follows:

That part of Bookcliff Avenue right of way lying north of Block 8, Fairmount Subdivision from the east line of 17th Street to the West line of 19th Street,

be, and the same is hereby, vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1976.
