ORDINANCE NO. 1637

 

AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING APPLICATION FEE FOR ACTUAL AND NECESSARY EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCEEDINGS INVOLVING FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSES AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSES.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

1. That under the provisions of 12-46-117(6)(a), C.R.S., 1973, as amended, that there shall be filed with the City Clerk with the application for a fermented malt beverage license to cover actual and necessary expenses incident to the proceedings in connection with such license an application fee as follows:

 

(1) For a new license - $350.00

 

(2) For a transfer of location or ownership - $150.00

 

(3) For renewal of a license - $50.00

 

2. That under the provisions of 12-47-135(3)(a), C.R.S., 1973, as amended, that there shall be filed with the City Clerk with the application for an alcoholic beverage license to cover actual and necessary expenses incident to the proceedings in connection with such license an application fee as follows:

 

(1) For a new license - $350.00

 

(2) For a transfer of location or ownership $150.00

 

(3) For renewal of a license - $50.00
