ORDINANCE NO. 1644

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THE CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION OF MONIES

WHEREAS, certain contingencies have arisen which could not have been foreseen at the time of the preparation of the budget for the year 1976; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate monies to cover these contingencies;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That there are appropriated from unappropriated or unexpended funds within the general fund the following amounts to the funds indicated:

Sanitation Fund - $37,000

Federal Aid Projects - $57,851.26

Community Liaison Grant - $3,400
