ORDINANCE NO. 1659
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LAND WITHIN THE CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
Beginning 25 feet East of the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, thence North 160 feet, thence S 89° 41' East 262 feet, thence South 160 feet, thence North 89° 40' West 262 feet to the point of beginning;
from R-3 to PD-B (Planned Development - Business) Zone.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 1977.
