ORDINANCE NO. 1664

 

AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING APPLICATION FEE FOR ACTUAL AND NECESSARY EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCEEDINGS INVOLVING A SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT FOR LIQUOR OR FERMENTED BEVERAGE LICENSES.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

That under the provisions of 12-48-107(2), C.R.S., 1973, as amended, there shall be filed with the City Clerk with the application for a special events permit for liquor or fermented beverage license to cover actual and necessary expenses incident to the proceedings in connection with such license an application fee of $25.00.
