ORDINANCE NO. 1668

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point 691.4 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Section 11, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence South to the Northeasterly boundary of the right-of-way of Grand Valley Irrigation Company Canal, thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way of Grand Valley Irrigation Co. Canal to its intersection with the North line of said Section 11, thence East along said North line of said Section 11 to the Point of Beginning; EXCEPT the North 20 feet for road,

to the zoning category B-1 (Business - Light).
