ORDINANCE NO. 1682

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 9 Fairmount Heights Subdivision, thence Northeasterly along North Line said subdivision to the Northeast Corner of Lot 5 of said subdivision, thence South to a point 20 feet West and 30 feet North of the Southwest Corner of Lot 2 of said subdivision, thence East 207.8 feet, thence Southeasterly 62.6 feet to a point 10 feet South and 14 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Lot 3 of said subdivision, thence East to the East Line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence North along said East line to the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2, thence West along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to the Southeast Corner of Lot 4 of Northacres Subdivision, thence West and Southwesterly along the South line of said Lot 4 to the West Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2, thence South to the Southwest Corner of the said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, thence East to Independent Ranchman's Ditch, thence Southwesterly along said ditch to the Northeast Corner of Lot 10, Block 1, Willowbrook Subdivision, thence South to a point 30 feet North of the South line of said Section 2, thence East to the Southwest Corner of Lot 9, Fairmount Heights Subdivision, thence North to the Point of Beginning,

to the zoning category R-1-A (Residential - Single Family).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1977.
