ORDINANCE NO. 1688

AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN TECH DEL SOL SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, certain easements hereinafter described have been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That all of the easements as shown on the recorded plat of Tech del Sol Subdivision except those easements abutting the perimeter lines of the Subdivision as recorded are hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1688, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 15th day of June, 1977, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
