ORDINANCE NO. 1693

VACATING A RIGHT OF WAY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

WHEREAS, the right of way hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following right of way within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

A 2 foot right of way off 27 Road adjacent to the east property line of Lot 1, Charla Minor Subdivision,

be, and the same is, hereby vacated subject to easements for existing utilities.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1693, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 6th day of July, 1977, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
