ORDINANCE NO. 1708

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land, situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot 4 of Section 23, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence 393.8 feet North of the Southwest Corner of Lot 4; thence North 181 feet, thence East 91 feet; thence South 181 feet, thence West 91 feet to the Point of Beginning,

and

Beginning at a point 393.8 feet North and 91 feet East of the Southwest Corner of Lot 4, Section 23, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian; thence North 181 feet, thence East 90 feet, thence South 181 feet; thence West to the Point of Beginning,

from R-1-C to R-2-A (Two Family Residence).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1977.
