ORDINANCE NO. 1709

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SEWER CHARGE FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES INCLUDING HOTELS AND MOTELS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the following subsection of Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 25-47 (a):

(5) Commercial properties including hotels and motels . . .

Forty percent (40%) of the charge made for Water Rate No. 1 to the closest multiple of $0.05 with minimum charge of $2.05."
