ORDINANCE NO. 1711

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROAD WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

WHEREAS, the road hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission, and would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the road described as follows:

The South 23.85 feet of Lot 16, Block 1, ARCADIA VILLAGE, City of Grand Junction,

be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1711, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of November, 1977, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
