ORDINANCE NO. 1727

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SMOKING IN CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That, in accordance with 25-14-105, C.R.S. 1973, the regulation of smoking within meeting rooms located in all buildings owned or operated by the City of Grand Junction shall be as follows:

Smoking may be permitted or denied by the entity using the meeting room; and, if smoking is to be permitted in a limited area of the room, such fact shall be evidenced by signs indicating those areas within which smoking is permitted.
