ORDINANCE NO. 1731

AN ORDINANCE ADDING RETAIL BUSINESS USES WITHIN THE INDUSTRIALLY ZONED AREAS OF THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That there be added to subsection A of Section 12 of Section 3(b) and to subsection A of Section 13 of Section 3(b), all in Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, as a permitted use, the use category 4.4 (Retail Business, limited, inside).
