ORDINANCE NO. 1735

AN ORDINANCE DEFINING INDECENT EXPOSURE AS A MISDEMEANOR IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That there be, and there is hereby, enacted as Section 17 of Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction the following:

"A person commits the misdemeanor of indecent exposure if he intentionally exposes his genitals to the view of any person under circumstances in which such conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm to the other person."
