ORDINANCE NO. 1745

AN ORDINANCE VACATING DRIVEWAY AND ROAD EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, the driveway and road easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That that portion of driveway and road easement designated in Book 381 at Page 428 and in Book 382 at Page 349 of the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder be vacated, except as portions thereof have been designated as street roadway or easement in the Laurie Ann Subdivision Plat in the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder.
