ORDINANCE NO. 1752

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF RIGHT OF WAY ALONG CANAL.

WHEREAS, the portion of right of way hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following portion of right of way within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 22, Schmidt Subdivision, being located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence West along the South line of said lot 22, 24.5 feet, thence North 60° 15' 18" West along the Southerly line of said Lot 22, 103.03 feet, thence South 40° 18' 28" East 42.90 feet, thence South 58° 46' 25" East 37.42 feet, thence South 65° 17' 52" East 46.73 feet, thence North 69° 57' 55" East 13.25 feet, thence North 17.46 feet to the point of beginning,

be and the same is hereby vacated.
