ORDINANCE NO. 1753

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN MOTOR CITY SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, the utility easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation and has never been opened or used and is not necessary for utility or right of way purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the utility easement situate in Mesa County, Colorado and described as:

Utility easement over the West 20 feet of Lots 3 and 4 of Block 1, MOTOR CITY SUBDIVISION, Grand Junction,

be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1978.
