ORDINANCE NO. 1754
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
Located in part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian; beginning at the Northeast Corner of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said section 10; thence south along the east line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10 with all bearings contained herein being relative thereto a distance of 238.00 feet; thence South 90° 00' 00" South 121.00 feet; thence North 78° 14' 07" West 306.44 feet; thence North 58.52 feet; thence North 90° 00' 00" East 300.00 feet to true Point of Beginning, from R-1-B (Residential) To PD-B (Planned Development - Business).
