ORDINANCE NO. 1761

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian EXCEPT beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 380 feet, thence East 420 feet, thence North 380 feet, thence West 420 feet to the point of beginning; and EXCEPT beginning 420 feet East of the Northwest Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence East 240 feet; thence South 400 feet; thence West 240 feet; thence North 400 feet to the point of beginning,

to the zoning category PD-8 (Planned Development Residential).
