ORDINANCE NO. 1770

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

(1) The West 66 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, and

(2) The North 100 feet of the West 150 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian,

from R-1-D (Residential) to PD-B (Planned Development - Business).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1978.
