ORDINANCE NO. 1783

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the Zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, except F Road right of way on the North and except beginning at a point 605 feet North and 30 feet West of the Southeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence West 280 feet, thence North 310 feet, thence East 280 feet, thence South to the point of beginning and except 25 1/2 Road right of way on the East,

to the zoning category PDM (Planned Development Mobile Homes).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1978.
